Looking for assistance with a technology purchase? We specialize in integrating software, hardware and technology solutions. We will work with you to understand your technology needs to ensure that you have the information you need to make an informed decision on the trade-offs between models prior to purchase.
New PC Setup - $100
Need help setting up your PC and getting connected to the web? We will ensure that your computer is setup with peripherals such as monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, speakers and internet. Included in this service are minor customizations to the PC to ease the learning curve and de-clutter the system from sometimes over bearing factory settings.
Software Installation - $70
Need help installing software? We will install 1 piece of software and assist in configuring it to meet your needs along with fifteen minute training.

Hardware Installation - $70
We will install and configure 1 internal or external hardware device. This may include memory, video card, printer, hard drive, dual monitor configuration, and drives.

Platinum Tune-Up - $250
A platinum computer tune-up is the best thing you can do to restore the health of your PC. It’s a complete backup and re-installation program that ensures your PC is functioning as well as the day it was opened out of the box.
1-on-1 Training - $70/Hour
Learn from a full range of topics at your pace. Our 1-on-1 personalized technology sessions will help you reach your personal and career goals by harnessing the power of your pc. This package also makes the perfect gift for friends or family.
Data Backup - $70/Hour
We will ensure your system is set for backup and conduct a 1 time data backup to another data location such as DVD. Hardware Not Included.
Wireless Networking - $100
We will install and configure your wireless network connection to your internet connection with security features. This service includes 1 PC and additional PC's are $25. Ask us about multiple PC options.

Networking - $70/Hour
We provide small business & home-office networking solutions which allow sharing of broadband access, files, devices such as printers, and ideas. With a home network, users have access to networking capabilities similar to those currently available to midsize businesses & large enterprises.

Hard Drive Data Assessment & Recovery - $50 (Assessment), $250+ (Data Recovery)
Need to recover lost data? Start first with an assessment for $50. Our data recovery services will inspect your drive condition for logical or mechanical failures and recover your data from power surges, physical damage, and viruses. Our #1 goal is to recover the data. Data recovery services start at $200 and include the assessment fee.

Repair / Diagnostics - $70/Hour
We recognize common problems associated with malfunctioning computer components, their symptoms, and identify steps to isolate and troubleshoot the problem.
Virus Diagnostics - $300
Viruses will bring your PC to a screeching halt. We conduct an initial assessment to diagnose the PC for viruses, formulate a plan, quarantine the viruses, then perform removal and repair impacted files. A PC Tune Up services is included in this service.
Operating System Installation - $150
We will install any windows operating system of choice and restore your PC’s performance to the day it was purchased. Installation of software, drivers and OS updates. Data backup services available separately. Software must be provided or purchased separately.
